Mr. Darren Whelan

DipHE BSc (Hons) MSc MRes

Darren is a highly experienced Audiologist and balance specialist with university qualifications in audiology, health science, neurophysiology, and clinical research. He has worked across a range of NHS clinical roles, supporting patients with complex hearing and balance difficulties.

Darren now works as an International Clinical Trainer, sharing his specialist knowledge with audiology professionals around the world. In the UK, he has worked as both a clinician and researcher, with a particular focus on dizziness, vertigo, and disorders affecting the hearing and balance systems. He has led national research studies and presented at major medical conferences.

Darren is passionate about improving the care and understanding of people with dizziness and balance disorders. He also teaches at a university in the USA, helping to train and inspire the next generation of audiologists.

Mr. Conor Boland

BSc (Hons) RHAD MSHAA

Conor is a highly experienced Audiologist with a strong background in clinical care, teaching, and professional training. He began his studies in Audiology at the University of Southampton in 2007, completing clinical placements in London hospitals before going on to work in the NHS, where he supported both adults and children with hearing loss.

Alongside his clinical work, Conor has contributed to the charitable sector, serving as a Trustee for the Royal National Institute for the Deaf and working internationally with the charity Sound Seekers.

Conor also provides specialist training to doctors, nurses, and audiologists in endoscopic ear suction and irrigation. He is passionate about evidence-based vestibular care, clinician education, and improving access to high-quality balance services.
