Our Services

Not sure what's causing your symptoms — or just need to talk to someone about what you've been going through? Our initial assessment is the perfect place to start.

We'll take time to understand your experience, exploring your case history and the nature of your dizziness and balance concerns. A series of simple, non-invasive tests then helps us build a clearer picture, so we can give you straightforward advice on what's going on and the best next steps — all before any advanced testing, referrals, or treatment.

BPPV Test & Treat (£140)

BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is one of the most common causes of dizziness — and one of the most treatable. If you experience sudden spinning sensations triggered by changes in head position, this appointment is designed for you.

Using a series of simple movement tests, we'll confirm whether BPPV is the cause of your symptoms. If it is, we can treat it in the same appointment using a repositioning manoeuvre (called an Epley) — a safe, effective, and non-invasive technique that brings relief for most people within one or two sessions

Comprehensive Balance Assessment (£600)

Already had an initial assessment, or been referred by your doctor? Our comprehensive balance assessment takes a deeper look.

Using advanced diagnostic tests, we examine how your inner ear, eyes, and brain are working together to pinpoint exactly where the problem lies. From there, we'll build a tailored plan around your results — whether that's vestibular rehabilitation, onward referral to another specialist, or working closely with your GP to improve your symptoms.

Neuro-Vestibular Assessment (£850)

Some causes of dizziness and balance problems go beyond the inner ear. Our neuro-vestibular assessment is designed for those whose symptoms may have a neurological component — or where previous testing hasn't provided a clear answer.

This specialist evaluation looks at the relationship between your nervous system and your vestibular function, helping us identify conditions that a standard balance assessment may not detect. You'll leave with a thorough understanding of your results and clear guidance on the most appropriate next steps.
